KENNETH MACKENZIE & GUEST BRING MABOU’S GAELIC MUSICAL TRADITION TO SUNDAY MATINÉE AT THE RED SHOE PUB.

Raised in a Gaelic speaking and musical family in Mabou, Kenneth MacKenzie is an accomplished piper and fiddler whose playing is firmly rooted in Cape Breton’s Gaelic tradition. He is an in demand performer at dances, concerts and festivals at home and internationally.

Kenneth recorded Pìob is Fìdheall with his brother Angus MacKenzie, an album that received nominations from both Music Nova Scotia and the East Coast Music Awards.

Joined by a musical guest, Kenneth returns to the Shoe for a Sunday afternoon of tunes in his home community of Mabou.
