Howie MacDonald and Beverly MacLean bring an afternoon of outstanding Cape Breton fiddle and piano music to the Red Shoe Pub.
Howie MacDonald is one of Cape Breton's best-known traditional musicians. A celebrated fiddler, pianist, composer, and entertainer from Westmount, he has spent decades touring with The Rankin Family, released twelve albums, and is a familiar face at Celtic Colours, KitchenFest!, concerts, dances, and ceilidhs across the island and beyond.
Joining him is Beverly MacLean, an accomplished Cape Breton fiddler, pianist, and composer from Southside Boularderie. A regular performer at KitchenFest!, Celtic Colours, the Louisbourg Playhouse, and international events, Beverly is known for her expressive musicianship and long-standing collaborations with Howie MacDonald.
