KitchenFest! is Cape Breton’s biggest summer celebration of Gaelic music, language, and hospitality—bringing the island’s kitchens, pubs, and halls to life with high-energy traditional tunes, warm company, and unforgettable cultural moments.
Now in its 12th year, this nine-day festival is presented by The Gaelic College and features over 70 events across Cape Breton. The Red Shoe Pub is proud to be one of the most vibrant venues, hosting nightly live performances by local legends and rising stars of the Celtic music scene.
