Striploin tips, sauteed mixed vegetables in a creamy Madras curry and Canadian maple sauce, cucumber-mint raita, served over lemongrass jasmine rice or penne pasta
Pan Seared Atlantic Salmon
Served with pan roasted potatoes or lemon grass jasmine rice, sauteed mixed vegetables and drizzled with citrus vinaigrette.
Stuffed with a wild mushrooms, scallion, bacon and goat cheese, topped with Chicken Jus, polenta fries and local, seasonal vegetables.
